Hot water was a hassle, but the cozy vibe made it worthwhile.

Relatively low-priced and close to Sugarloaf ski area.

The hot water was nearly nonexistent. We had to wait unjustifiably long every time. There was also no coffee resupply after the first night, unheard of. To add insult to injury, the bathroom setup was dangerous for older folks, with major steps just waiting for accidents to happen.

Absolutely horrid experience, really! The hot water was non-existent the first day, but magically appeared once the owner showed up! The bathroom setup is quite dangerous for anyone over fifty. I expected at least a complimentary coffee on day two, but no! I almost gave them a good review-but couldn't.

Really enjoyed our stay! The communal kitchen was perfect for coffee and chatting, and the cozy feel of the place. Just watch for unmarked paths at night.

But dear, I'd just like to know why I had to play 'guess where the bathrooms are' in the dark. Coin-operated showers? Who knew I'd need a currency exchange for a rinse!

Mountain View Motel & Campground offers a very competitive price and is conveniently located close to the Sugarloaf Ski area. The rustic charm and family-operated atmosphere create a cute environment. My room wasvery comfy and tidy, and I found the additional outdoor gathering spaces to be a good surprise. The quick and easy check-in process was an added benefit.

Meeting AT hikers was a highlight, especially by the bonfire. the private rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations, complete with blackout curtains. the motel's proximity to Sugarloaf and local dining options like the Coplin House made our stay convenient and enjoyable.
